Pharmaceutical Sales Training
Challenge:

Forest Laboratories required a sales training program for their pharmaceutical reps to help promote an existing asthma drug.

Solved:

Rapport Communications was hired by CoMed Communications to write the copy for the in-house Sales Training Manual. We developed the workshop overview, copy and content with close concentration on "bridging," "overcoming objections," "working with sales aids," and "closing the sale."
